Simply Sharden's Banana Bread

COULD ANYTHING be better than banana, honey, and dark chocolate! i don't know about you but to me this sounds like heavennn. I found a simple banana bread recipe, tweaked it a little, and viola!  I halved the sugar content and added some honey just to tone down the sweetness of the bread a little. ENJOY.

Simply Sharden's Banana Bread



bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 mins

1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp honey
(cream these together first!)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
2 ripe bananas
1 3/4 all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz of dark chocolate morsels

i brushed more honey on top after baking, gave it a nice glimmerrrr and extra nice touch of sweetness.

put it all in a bowl! mix! pour into a greased loaf pan! bake!
SMELLS SO GOOD IN MY KITCHEN NOW.

p.s. i used a ceramic loaf pan, if you have a metal one add 25 degrees to your oven temp!
